LE FRIAND, A french word meaning "to be fond of" an evocative name that is short, easy to remember and representative of the owner's personalities, Cathy and Robert Roy, from St-Sébastien. Their restaurant opened on January 7, 2008.
Opened 7 days a week, resto-bar LE FRIAND can accommodate more then a hundred guests in a warm, intimate and relaxed mood.
Cathy wanted to manage her own business and work in the restaurant business. In 2007, she decided to leave the country for a one year experience abroad in England to learn english and acquire new knowledge in the fields of the hotel business and restaurants. Her father Robert, ran his own business for more than 35 years in the area and his knowledge of business management is an important asset.
